Very strange expression for having their dog die / 10.

Me, personal normie rating a 9/10, maybe higher, but also need more pixels. I'd guess he does very well with women.

Fair enough. To me he'd still be a 9, but I'm not really an avid face rater in that sense, I just look and think what comes to mind and how well I think he'd do in real life (based on my personal life, I live an a less populated slightly older area).
