I think it is possible but only small implants, not big augmentation. This guys jaw is big, maybe it already was before but then why would he bother with an implant. Filler is most likely if anything imo.

and i thought it looks like implant, not like perfectly carved natural straight line model like jaw.
So , i just wanted to test forum's reaction on it because generally everyone here bas implant results.

However, if even this jaw cannot be achievable by implants, then why we even discuss having implants ?
Because his jaw is not perfect at all.

• Asymmetric,
• kinda overlapping (not a straight line from his chin),
• square weird chin, not looks natural at all
• kinda bulgy gonials. Not looking like natural again.

So even this cannot be achievable by implants?
Fuck this world then tbh.

It can be achieved on the right starting point. Again, I am going to doubt any random person has jaw implants until proven otherwise or it is obvious.
