Wide compact face which is a good thing, just looks a bit overweight which should be an easy fix. MTN-HTN as is but there's an easy ascension through softmaxxing waiting.

White + bones. He's probably just going to be seen as a bit "dorky" at that weight unless he's non-NT. Life would probably begin after a bit of weightloss. Most glowups start out with dorky looking chubby guys who hit the gym as opposed to overweight inkwells/abused dogs who're subhuman when fat and only become normie when cutting down.
