yeah thats a cart titan tier philtrum and cheekbones look very low its weird looking. Mid htn at most

At first glance there's nothing wrong about him but if you take a closer look and analyze his face you'll immediately notice that he looks weird because of mismatched features on his face.

It's all about harmony as a whole, not individual features. That's why face is the most difficult and unpredictable thing to improve and almost impossible not to end up uncanny after tons of surgeries.

Surgeries can fix minor failos like bad nose or recessed chin but it will never transform sub5 into chad, it will just uncover the chad face (i.e. it has to be there already in the first place).
