triceps is 70 percent of arms you need 2 exercises first thing medial/lateral head exercise jm press, over head extensions, dips second exercise for triceps is the long head any kind of exercise that extends you arms for biceps just preacher curl/incline curl and the brachialisis is important for a popping bicep so do hammer curls/ reverse curls

you could even add a day where you only train arms or just try to bias them if they are your weak point

you would get better results with more open growth plates
 
I live in the US it’s not really a good height but i can fraud 5’11 with height boosters
nice the average here is 6'0 cause of refugees used to be 6'1
