That's somewhat debatable. I do believe that he does look better than orb but they are both roughly in the same tier. Comparing them is splitting hairs at this point.

Orb never looked good to me. Something about his face looks a bit retarded and non NT.
Also besides the eye are nothing special.
This guy mogs him extremely hard in appeal. In PSL it might be closer
