I don't know why surgeon do this shit when they know that more advancement means better profile

i see lot of case they setback mandibule when they could of do advancement of both

That's why important to choose good surgeon

Good result. More maxillary advancement would make his nose even more upturned from the side, and even wider from the front.

Depends how CCW is achieved.

His nose upturned due advancement and anterior impaction CCW. He definitely could've benefitted from having his occlusal plane rotated more via posterior downgrafting.
