I simply abstain from rating any woman with makeup, it's like rating an AI generated face, no meaning at all. And despite not being able to really fraud the jaw, they can change other aspects. The frauding still works in a very great extent since the difference with and without makeup is pretty big. Wish it could be banned but impossible unless it's in a based authoritarian regime

the only exceptions are either legit very good looking woman, or teens who even though may not look as good without makeup, their perceived youthfullness and skin quality makes up for it so they look great without it

after a certain age, 20-23 yo, it's very hard
