Are we sure his fact actually looked like that? Looks almost like a filter. I think I remember some other video or picture of him where his jaw still looked normal back then. I think he just distorted it for the shock factor/attention. Not even people with bruxism end up with masseters that flared

Yes, I guess, only that the first photo is what he looks like right now, in which he looks swollen, it seems to be the effect of chewing or something like that, brother, he looks weird asf

Fake, I chewed for a full month with a jawzrsize and didn't get even near that, the hipertrophy of the masseters is not capable of actually changing your jaw to that point... he either used some sort of filter or went through facial harmonization.
