Yeah it helps for sure. Hard to lose with that combo
I think the best way to put it, is that: Tall skulls make your ceiling for PSL higher

So let's say a hypothetical feature has an arbitrary strikingness +0.5 for a normal skull.
The same feature on a tall skull (frame for face), would be +0.6 - indirect benefit

This doesn't even include the trait of a taller ramus that'll (generally) always be better for a taller skull - direct benefit
