Well considering height is a problem for, you can save up and get LL which can maximum get you +4 inches + fraud with insoles +2 inches. Idk about that frame I guess gymmaxx but that isn't guaranteed either. I'm not expert on facial falios but I'm guessing jaw surgery/implants/ fillers. Ask others or research on this forum for your face
