Cut was made in such a way to leave lefort 1 area out and only advanced upper maxilla.

yes they were advanced aswell the image didnt really show it so this is the only image of the patient. it was supposedly to fix protruding mouth so focus was only there

I think I'll go with bimax first and make insurance pay... Than get mlf3 and if I'm still recessed dog after that probably lf2 after everything has fully healed
