Yes commissuroplasty or u can get alar base reduction to fix the mouth/nose ratio from another angle.

I think he just looks too monotone, maybe colored eyes can improve that

Could highlights help w his coloring? I can’t be bothered with stroma and frauding is annoying. Just curious bc the morph is just me but very edited lol, thats why many of my features are still the same (my hair color, lip width, etc.)

Highlight would help but to create contrast, u need to introduce a color other than brown to the face

Definitely better but its less striking than what lighter eyes could do, and i still think the eyebrows could be slimmer

No, it’s not irrelevant or useless. 1) I don’t want to post my real face in its entirety on here and 2) morphs help you determine what you need to change and what features would / wouldn’t look good.
