Nah it’s definitely fillers. Even eppely doesn’t give results like that. There was a Brit on lookism that was coasting on one filler injection for 2 years

I'm not a surgery expert.

But wouldn't consistently re filling the areas wont change his looks? If he catches a slight change he will refill ASAP

Not likely. Also his eyes became more deepset. No way his Paki ass got orbital implants

Also zac Efron descended hard with jaw implant. Looks bloated. Unlikely a poor paki found a better implant surgeon than Efron with all the money and resources
