Low HTN. Pretty cute, I’d call him a Cutecel. I believe his chin and maybe even mandible may be slightly recessed

Not enough jaw for prettyboy. He is quite recessed. Recessed (not fatally) soft jaw and weaker chin is highly pertaining to cutecels
