It’s very clearly his infras, his canthal tilt isn’t negative 7 degrees positive btw he just has shit uneven hooding and the undereyes dragging his eyes down a bit making his eye area look zombie, his eye area is acc elite if u don’t factor in the undereyes

His ipd isn’t all that bad, it’s his jfa which is the main issue there’s also crazy lens distortion it seems as u can see his mandible looks less wide in the video compared to the photos
