Leanmaxxed, but to the point where he's teetering on roidceldom.
It's definitely less than ideal. There is a reason why hollywood beachbodies and top models aren't this lean, because excessive vascularity can be a failo. Ideally, one should have clearly visible abs while not having skeletal features or excessive vein visibility.
