Just chin implant from Dr Shumway. I'm rethinking my decision initial decision to go with genio, but not sure yet. I see a lot of good implant results from people who do it when they are lean and not too recessed/just have weak chin.

With a custom chin implant it seems easier to control vertical height as well, not many surgeons are doing genio with increase in vertical height and the ones that due are expensive af
