I have pretty clogged up pores and cystic acne on my forehead, and some redness all around

morning: cleanser, glycolic acid, moisturizer, spf
evening: cleanser, trifarotene (retinoid), moisturizer

btw do you do the sandwich method for the retinoids its fucking my skin up pretty bad
