Both are right. He did have Vitiligo. He used his disease as an excuse to whiten all of his skin to, according to him: “make it all even”

However, he could’ve made the white patches darker to even it out, but he didn’t just want to even it out, he took it as an opportunity to whitemax completely, he changed his nose and hair as well.

it used to be on 3 fingers when I was 10 now its almost gone on half a finger.
It differs for everyone but somehow mine got better hopefully it goes away
