I'm 15, I started PMOing when I was around 11. I am the oldest in my family, so nobody was there to tell me what was good or bad at my young age, I also had infinite amount of device time with unrestricted internet usage. My parents were also first timers for a pre-teen male, so they didn't know how to do the "talk" with me & like how to restrict internet stuff & do correct parenting. This caused me to have very bad social skills & low self esteem which caused my social circle to be really small & miss opportunities. But I do not blame them.

I got to know about this stuff from school and some friends of mine talked about this shit & about how the banana works. They talked about p*rn, women and like crazy ass stories of them fucking a hooker at age 10 or sm shit. So they told me abt it and i started experimenting one day in the shower and shit happened & the same night I searched up p*rn on the internet and fapped (I didn't even reach puberty at that time and probably forced myself to ejaculate and go into puberty, this is probably the worst mistake I've made in my life and is probably causing me to lose puberty early). I became hooked on to it from then on afterwards.

Some of my longest streaks of not doing it were like 11 days, 10 days, 8 days. Longest I've gone without it is 13 days. I used to document these on a journal..

All of these longest streaks of mine were from reading "The EasyPeasy Method To Quit P*rn", I read it like 8 times. Each Time I read it, I used to promise that I would never ever do it again. but I always relapsed every fucking time. On average I used to go 5-7 days of not doing it.. then someshit always happens and I end up doing it.

My triggers are Boredom + High Screen usage. Whenever I'm bored I open up my phone or the pc, It starts from playing a game -> to watching youtube videos -> to scrolling on instagram -> and then p*rn & f*pping. Higher and higher dopamine hit each time.

I only go to school 3 days a week, I have 4 days free with nothing to do, these 4 days are where most of my relapses happen as I have alot of free time.

First of all you will need to recognise watch p*rn as an addiction, you will need to actually think of this as a DRUG ADDICTION, Porn is extremely harmful to the brain, body and spirituality. Recognising it as an addiction will massively decrease the amount of work needed to remove brainwashing & quiting forever.

To follow this strategy with me you will need to first read "The EasyPeasy Method To Quit P*rn", This book is extremely eye-opening, it removes alot of the brainwashing that has been fed into our brains about p*rn, it has helped millions of people quit their addiction to p*rn and I personally guarantee that it will make the process of quitting p*rn a hell of a lot easier for you. Also If you are going to read the book, I suggest you do not skip any of the chapters (You will need to power through the first few chapters but it will be easier and shorter afterwards). You should try to write down the important points in the book that you feel hit the hardest and feel right to you on a piece of paper or online notepad (This will be very useful if done correctly).

Secondly, In order for this to work you will need to quit social media (youtube, insta, tiktok etc..) for the whole first 2 weeks, I don't care what your excuse is but you need to quit social media for the first 14 days. After those 14 days, you can use social media but you need to track your usage & try not to exceed 30 minutes.. Long time spent on scrolling social will naturally increase your dopamine receptor threshold, making everyday reality feel dull and making it nearly impossible to resist the much higher dopamine spike that comes from PMO.

Here's my current strategy :

1) Dinner before 7:30 pm
2) Go for a 20 minute nighttime walk after dinner
3) No devices after 8:00 pm (Hand over device to parents)
4) Socialize & spend time with family till 9:00 pm
5) Get in bed & read a book until I sleep
6) Wake up at 6:00 and read the EasyPeasy notes.
7) Wash face & brush
8) Exercise (For this part I personally go for cycling to a nearby park and I do grounding by walking barefoot in sunlight and jogging (I stay till 7:30 pm)
9) One focused task 7:30-8:15 (can be anything, physical or digital but must be done in a public space, either in some type of living room of your house or outside)
10) Eat breakfast (8:15-9:00).
11) Go Somewhere. I don't care where you go, but you absolutely need to get out of your house between 9:00am - 3:00pm. (e.g: going to school, going to your grandma's house, going to a cafe and just sitting there, going to a friends house, going to a religious place for some time, going to a library, going to play sports, going to the beach or going to the barber). In this time, If you are free or have holidays I really recommend you go out and do some kind of internship. Network and expand you skills, Find out if any of your relatives have a business, go & learn some skills, it doesn't have to be a crazy big-ass business, it can be as basic as woodworking or a cake shop. But If you don't have any relatives with businesses, I'm sorry to break it to you but you will need to network outside of the family and this can be way harder (you need to be 5+ facially in order to have a good chance for other people to take you serious, bonus points if you are 5'10 and above) but still Networking at a young age is mostly about confidence and showing up consistently. Older people love ambitious young men & love helping them (can be interpreted in 2 ways lol but you get the point).
12) Nap time 3:00pm - 4:00 pm.
13) Go outside and do grounding in sunlight again (4:00 pm - 6:00 pm), It will be better if you play team sports like football at this time.
14) 6:00 pm - 7:00 pm. Watch a long-form non explicit show.

* Stop Tracking Your Streaks. Counting streaks like this is a mistake I really regret. This keeps you focused on the addiction daily and creates a 'ticking time bomb' in your head. Instead of saying 'I am on Day 5 or Day 9 of not doing it,' say 'I am a person who does not feed my addiction anymore.' Focus on your lifestyle, like hours spent outside or books read - rather than counting the days since your last 'p*rn hit'.

* Around day 8–14, your brain undergoes an "Extinction Burst." It realizes the old dopamine source is truly gone and panics, sending you the most intense urges you’ve ever felt. So I suggest you mark Day 8 to Day 14 as "Red Alert" on your calendar. During these 6 days, tighten your rules even more. No "hanging out" in your room at all, move your PC to the lounge if you have to.

* If you have a mobile I suggest you turn on parental lock on that device using one of your parents phones. It is super easy to setup : Link parental lock works really well and it blocks incognito mode, can block vpns, apps and browsers, filters out explicit stuff on chrome.

* Secondly If you have a PC, I suggest you download cold turkey blocker, you can paste list of websites, keywords or searches, and it will block them for you, plus you can lock the block for a certain period of time and the app cannot be uninstalled in that period of time easily. I also suggest using regedit to block chrome's incognito mode and filter search results, you can learn how to do this from chatgpt (It's easy af). If you wanna go another step ahead, you can get DNS Level Blocking by changing your Router or PC's DNS settings to CleanBrowsing or OpenDNS FamilyShield..

* Furthermore, you need to download an app called StayFree, It is an app that be downloaded and connected to both PC & Mobile. You can track your total screentime using this app.

* Lastly, only reading the book will definetly not stop you from permenantly stopping this addiction, you will need to make a schedule, manage your time, always be in public, be busy physically, reduce screentime as much as possible, install blockers in order for this addiction to stop..

Total time this strict routine needs to be followed is 3 weeks, after that your brain is pretty much Stabilized... But these 3 things need to stay in order to stay free forever:

1) No private night device access. EVER. Close & put devices away before 9:00 pm
2) No unstructured 3+ hours indoors alone.
3) Movement for 20 minutes + sunlight daily minimum once.

I have refined and reviewed this routine & strategy multiple times, If you find any errors or anything unsual please let me know (Open to advice & Improvement in this plan for me & for other people).

Pretty sure ejaculating at a young age isn't harmful at all

I wish it were that easy vro
Easy when you don't eat much and you have less libido in general. But obviously don't force those constraints unless you're extreme dieting

I have refined and reviewed this routine & strategy multiple times, If you find any errors or anything unsual please let me know (Open to advice & Improvement in this plan for me & for other people).
porn doesnt matter if you spend less than like 10 minutes a day for gooning tbh. stressing over it makes you more harm lowk.

i can goon maybe once a week and its not a problem depends how busy i am tbh.

better thing is desexualizing your mind but its kinda long process.

Probably shit given that it's convuluted. Remove shame, slowly dial back novelty, use the "I'll do it after I nut first" method to pre-accept some future more novel behavior, then back out after you nut the first time because your physiology resets back to default.

Gooning is optimal for test, quitting cold turkey isnt a good option unless ur a cl + and can fuck any girl you want every night

Do not resuscitate

just blast deca untill your dick doesnt work

10) Eat breakfast (8:15-9:00).

theres many highly efficient methods i read which seem to work much better than your plan here

seems really restrictive without targeting the main root cause

there was this one audio from the 90‘s which was a wide success but was banned apparently by some secret service because it leaked secret structures of the brain‘s success mechanisms
i still have a file saved of it

i will attach it once i figure out how this works

im in my 50‘s so i dont know how this forum works yet

i am not a "jestermax" or how my son calls it
funny stuff
