Filler doesn’t end up looking hard like this past the first initial wave of swelling from my experience with fillers. The initial result looks insane due to the swelling and dies down
Surgeon also told me most filler is similar to fat grafting results (fat and volume, good for females) and not like implants (bone, which is what most men want).
Maybe with something like Radiesse injected on the bone layer it’s possible.
To augment the jaw any significant degree you will require atleast 4 syringes in total, 2 each side minimum. If your base isn’t good it will likely take more.
And you will need a touch up before the filler expires..and most fillers expire before the marketed dates.
I was told to expect voluma to last 6 months. It’s marketed at 18
