I am thinking of a lettering tattoo to start my sleeve. It will be a small lettering on my right lower arm.
I Found this artist:

looks very thuggish, so needs to fit the rest of the rest of your sleeve and your overall look including face etc.

I want the rest of the sleeve in a more realistic way. I like skulls for example.

neck and knuckle tattoos are insane smv multipliers. make sure the tattoos extend to there.

All my tatts need to be possible to cover with a long sleeve shirt.

i like realism, portraits etc.

im planning a sleeve right now for my left arm which includes heaven and hell theme with devils, angels and shit from wrist to elbow, from elbow to the shoulder will be more family themed including portraits some lettering etc.

I heard the problem with realism is that it ages worse.
Otherwise it can look higher class than normal tatts.

I like these realism artists, even though they use a lot of female faces.

Go to David from bunte Tinte in Dresden. One of the best realistic guys you can get here in Germany. Btw the lower arm idea looks trash and low class.

I'm almost complete on my full sleeve (black gray realism).

MAKE SURE YOU RESEARCH YOUR ARTIST. Impulsively got my first tattoos from a guy whose work on instagram looked half decent, but he rushed the job which left me with a very sloppy half sleeve.

Fortunately, I found a high quality artist who REWORKED my entire half sleeve, and now it looks good. But if I had to go back, I would be a lot more patient and research the fuck out of artists. My current artist charges much higher per hour, and also takes his time which equals more money I have to pay. HOWEVER, the quality of work is worth it.
