He's not HTN, because his Jaw is slightly Narrow. His Eyebrows are slightly High Set and his Angle which connects his Ramus and Mandible is very high degree, it's very straight. But he has other many good features like Dark Thick Good Shaped Eyebrows, Positive Canthal Tilt Eyes, Good Forward Growth and Good Hair, his Nose I think is Ok tho

But there are aesthetic differences between Asia and the west .In Asia narrow jaw is regarded as beauty and slightly high set eye is also regarded as beauty

Its more of a feminizing surgery which too kpop isn't a bad thing neccessarily

If they have Mongolian blood they are more likely look bad because of prominent cheekbones and small eyes
