Maybe it wasnt missplaced. Maybe he just didnt nailed the implant to be 100%. Who knows. We can only make assumptions at this point

Same thing happened with mine. One side has that degree of height difference. But was indeed misplaced based on how the implant is sitting compared to design

Though, if the designs correct and he does indeed misplace.. one could just get him to readjust it in a second surgery. You'll know if the designs good if the lower sides where you want it.

This happens because on the operating table it's difficult to place with the surgeons less dominant hand

I rate it 6.5/10. Not the best I've ever seen, but it is definitely an improvement. This looks very natural for such a big implant (12mm on one side). I am guessing the patient asked for a huge implant and this is what Yaremchuk was willing to do.

It could be the lighting or the tilt of his head, but it seems like imperfectly placed implants are an issue that people rarely talk about.
