Not a truecel but he has 4 immediate failos, he lacks zygmoatic width, small mouth, has a lot of fat, and is Jewish. The last he can't change but the first 3 can certainly be improved. I can't morph weightloss but here's with wider zygos which can easily be achieved through malar or malar shell implants and a wider mouth which can be achieved through a mix of invisalign, damon braces, or various lip/mouth widening surgeries. After that just a bit of weightloss and I'm sure he'd be decent looking. His biggest strength is that he has a rather large full skull (minus the lack of zygomatic width), most truecels or people that I think have no hope are people with tiny skulls, there's not much you can do for them
