The wrap around is a meme. Unless you have a near perfect jaw and just want a final touch is it ok. Tbh you wouldn't even need it at that point.

Osteotomies I.e. bimax surgery for the lower third is always the answer imo.

My jaw is good all I need is ramus and the asymmetry is just a bonus

yes for the majority of jaws bimax is a far better option but for those final touches like mouth widening and shit eppley is a good option
