Hi everyone, this is my first post on this forum. Throughout my teenage years I was always behind in terms of looking my age, especially from ages 14-16 where I still looked like a child: ex. here 15 1/2 years old 
Now at 18, although I feel like I’ve developed substantially from that picture, I still don’t really look my age (although not much of a problem now for me) but have a lot of questions in order to keep this growth going.
Primarily, why does my face look so different inverted, (same 2 pictures below) and how do I fix this asymmetry? Also, just how do I ascend from here in general?
My hair is wet but is pretty long in general and my skin is worse than what it looks like on these pics but I’m fixing it rapidly. I am 18 and 5’11, maybe growthmaxxing? Let me know, hair recommendations especially or anything else
