You have a lack of undereye support caused by a recessed maxilla. You can get an expander MARPE, FME, MASPE or SARPE depends on how closed your pallet is. If you dont want to do that you can get some fillers or implants in the infra area it would help fixxing your eye area. I would say this would help fixxing your main issuse. LTN
