honestly probably not much else. Maybe try to increase mouth to nose, but no other falios stick out to me other than a little bit of jaw assymetry, which you cant fix wo surgery

there are 3d printable mouth widening appliances, accutane has anecdotally shrunk nosewidth, and rhino is always an option
