I currently have traditional braces and my ortho gave me class 2 overbite elastics, and an acrylic bite plane (see attached). The acrylic bite plane sits on the roof of my mouth, which prevents proper tongue posture. Is there anything I can do to improve my looks?

Do yk your body fat %? I’m assuming it’s a little on the higher side because I’m 155 at 6ft and about 14%

Ok that’s not bad at all, if you get to ~9% bf you’ll look good and if your cheeks are still fat it’s probably your genetics the way the fat is stored so you could use aquilix

Suggest you take HGH to grow to at least 6'2". Even if your face is subpar, at least be tall.
