I don’t know what to do with my hair not sure what the type is also not sure if I should cut it or grow it out I need tips also lowkey need rating too

You have no ramus but you're not awful from the front, so yeah surgery is the only option for that

you prolly need a wider palletteI see hella potential. The downward growth actually may have a solution; if you grow out your hair and get a beard along with something like MARPE (assuming you are still in developmental stages as MARPE will be signifigantly less effective otherwise) you could actually get a mature look, given that your overall bone structure is very good, but it just doesn't have enough mass yet. You could also try bonesmashing, tho I doubt it will make any signifigant positive effect. Its never over.
