Ill get braces in 10 days, how can i convince my orthodontist to give me a pallet expansion for forward growth instead of pushing my lower mandible backwards.

you lack allot of projection, I‘d say gonion implants, Lefort 2, radix graft and rhino

if you‘re on a budget just do the implants and the jaw surgery

I think gonion implants are unnecessary as of now as I still have room for improving the area thru softmaxxing. Lefort 2, and radix graft/ rhino is what I need fr.

I was wondering if there's any orthodontist treatment that can help besides the lefort 2 surgery though, a Fixed Anterior growth guidance appliance possibly?

I would cancel it since my malocclusion underbite isn't over class 2, sadly my last 2 baby teeth fell out half a year ago and there isn't enough space for them to move, one of them needs to be rotated, hence why braces are needed.

yeah hence why I want forward development in maxilla/ upper row as opposed pulling back lower row. My nose has been broken twice when growing up hence why a radix graft and fixing deviated septum is all I need for it. Not an expert on that matter though hence why I'm asking.

You live in the states too? I'd say lower thirdmaxx and gymcel. You look 5'11"-6'0" so height shouldn't be an issue.

Chewing and stuff is just good for soft tissue and slight changes, 19 is too old for such changes. Even at 15 it's too late for mewing to have any effect you gotta be like a young child nip it in the bud.

Well, other than of course being healthy and working out, also mewing to not make things worse even if minimal effects, I would think:

Improve genial by chewing gum and whatnot (it's not even bad tbh people here are crazy) but ofc a bit more muscle would be nice. The angle is okay I don't want a Minecraft chin for goodness sake.

I do need a rhinoplasty though, it would make a big difference as my septum and whole bridge is deviated, and it would make a big change to my side profile even without any maxilla enchantments.

The pressing issue at hand is my teeth and jaw. I'll go to my orthodontist in 10 days and I need a good plan on mitigating all bad side effects, and trying to somehow improve forward growth if possible. All I know is FAGGA for now so I posted here trying to see if there's other approaches I can have while I have braces!!

you claim to have an overbite tho it looks like an underbite. i cant help you w that if i dont even know what bite issues you have.

chewing will not do much before you cope with it, mewing will do minimal. braces should just ready you up for surgery. dont get elastics to fix bite - get surgery.
