chad imo, I think his beard gives him a rugged look. The roles he plays helps halo the rugged look girls dig him for I think. He has diffuse thinning tho, like his hair looks really bad in some interviews with harsh lighting, you can see a big bald spot coming in on the top/back of his scalp. His hairline is still in tact tho and he can pull of the buzzed look. If not, he has enough money for a hair transplant anyways

I agree. good mix of pretty boy and masc= ruggedness. Julian edelman is another example, tho Hardy mogs Edelman to shit. A lot of girls love Hardy for his rugged look, I think his roles help him to some extent but he definitely already has it even w/o his acting career, especially with the full beard
