i kinda regret taking fin and not getting blood work done, i think i was receding cause of ferritin, 3 months into taking iron bisglycinate it gave me hella body hair and eyelash/brow growth. Should've known through my heart rate most of my teens i was sitting at like 100 bpm nowadays its like flat 70

It's funny bcuz I originally didn't take Fin for this reason (thought it was due to lack of iron). My blood work showed that I'm on the lower end of the normal range. Took supplements for a year and it ain't do shit for my hair. Wish I just started on Fin right away

i just went straight to it after having results from minoxidil i was just too young at the time but i started it at 18 then switched to dut at 20 and just kept receding until i tried mega dosing iron with lactoferrin and i got a shit ton of hair growth everywhere. Never ran a mile under 10 minutes now i could easily do it nowadays. i only take 0.5mg of fin now

nothing from fin but dut destroyed me mentally would burst out crying randomly but note this was when i was pushing like 30% BF in my dirty bulk but even while in bulk fin had like 0 side effects and i couldn't blame my erectile dysfunction on fin since i fixed my iron and now i get morning boners.

dut made my feelings mute, its the mindset that basically leads to actual suicide, i basically completed my life goal of like freshman year of high school 6 years later and i wasn't happy it was weird asf
