There is many options for you, if you considering hardmaxxing then you should look into titanium implants, they are 100% legit, and WILL ascend you. If you are not considering any surgical interventions then only couple methods is left. 1 roiding, but you should be highly educated on this topic, or have a high iq couch. Second option is to bonesmash, but this is highly doubtful solution, many does not benefit from it.
