That's false, actually. If you go to the list of serial killers with the most victims it's mostly from ethnic countries. The U.S. just has a tendency to glorify and popularize the people behind serial killings and mass shootings, leading people to believe that those population groups are the only ones behind it.

I forget his name but there's a security guard that would act as a vigilante and murder other criminals. Killed a hundred people. But in America, most serial killers are white. Also, whites are more likely to have ASPD. Not that it's necessarily a bad thing. The majority of evolutionary psychologists hypothesize that a successful society needs high IQ psychopaths in positions of power or influence (depending on the position of course).
