I would say HLTN is average. Its kind of skewed.
The main thing holding you back is your long midface.
You need to go for a haircut with more volume on the sides, preferably covering the forehead as well. Use sea salt spray.
Minox for eyebrows would make a nice difference and you can use it on your cheeks too and get yourself a stubble. You can get a 5 month supply of foam for like $30 on amazon.
Other than that, start a basic skincare routine.
With these softmax you can come to HMTN.

Yeah middle of the road solid MTN. I use minox for my beard as well. Personally, i like to keep it at a 3mm stubble
