dont worry about the waist the last time i was lean it was pretty small , studycelling has fucked my clavicles it has curved a bit down fuck .studyelling takes a toll on you frame tbh

Below avg shoulder to hip ratio, honestly people will say it's over based on that but you can change the perception of the ratio with enough muscle pretty easily. I used to look just as bad untrained

my hips dont curve its just the waist i store a lot of fat in the region when i was lean it was pretty small.

Blocky frame is fine but you need a large chest/rib cage and clavicle tbh.

Huh ? You don’t have a large scapula or rib cage though. You need to build a lot of muscle to give that illusion!

nahh i just mean my clavs are incel tier but my scapula makes it return to normie tier yeah i need to swimmax first.

It’s below average, not completely truecel frame but not ideal. Maybe lose a bit more around the hips
But i dont look framecelish why is that ?

stuyding wont make a huge impact stop coping, just go to the gym put in the effort et high p diet and your maintenance calories and youll get the best physique you can achieve naturally
