you really don’t gotta change much because you already look pretty good, but you can softmaxx but tanning your skin, debloating face, and cardio. But other thank that you are already pretty good looking.

i don’t know about slay, but it will just help by tanning n cardio definitely push you into htn area.

Canthoplasty? Your canthal tilt is literally not a flaw. Your nose doesn't really look like a significant falio, it only appears bigger due to your narrow mouth.
