• One big ass chocolate chip cookie - 520 calories
• One apple - 95 calories

Have been on epic dining hall binge for like the past 4 days. Can see it in my face. Will try to eat <1k calories for the rest of the week.

Just popped 2 Benadryl and a melatonin so I'll fall asleep without eating any more.
