on second thought the bimax in itself is probably really good. She lacks chin projection so he could have either added a chin wing or genio. But since she didn’t get that surgery the surgeon isn’t to blame for this. Could have maybe gone for more ccw to project the chin further but I’m no surgeon so maybe it wasn’t possible or not a smart move here. Overall ok result. Should have added chin projection tho
