I usually do PPLPP skipping legs usually, or PPLU/PPUL with rest in between

Splits

PPLPP (5 days)

PPLUL (5 days)

ULUL (4 days)

Push
  • Incline bench 3x5-8
  • Chest flies 3x8-12
  • Overhead rope tricep extension:3x8-12
  • Lateral Raise: 3x10-12
  • Overhead press 3x5-8
Pull:
  • Cable rows 3x8-10
  • Lat Pulldowns 3x8-12
  • Bicep curls 3x8-12
  • Face pulls 3x10-12
Legs + arms
  • Squat 3x5-8
  • Calf raises 3x15
  • Leg Extension 3x10-12
    • Leg Curl 3x10-12
UPPER
  • Incline bench 3x5-8
  • Cable rows 3x8-10
  • Lat pulldown 3x8-10
  • Chest flies 3x8-12
  • Lateral raise 3x12-15
  • Overhead Tricep Extensions OR straight bar push downs 3x8-12
  • Barbell bicep curls 3x8-12
 
where is pull ups
 
actually decent, it’ll definitely do the job

considering your program is for aesthetics, you should include at least one exercise for your midsection like hanging leg raises or cable crunches

in the push day i’d take out overhead press because you’ve already hit front delts and triceps and you’ll be fatigued by then anyway

I will always favour pull ups or even assisted pull ups to lat pulldowns but that’s kinda a personal preference
