Good luck bro. Just remember that leanmaxxing doesn’t mean go from a fat fuck to a skinny bitch. It means go from a fat muscular dude to a lean muscular dude. So if you don’t have muscles now, I suggest go on a bulk for 6 months to a year. Then cut.

Yes im first getting ripped to increase insulin sensitivity then lean bulk to 80 kg, im currently 62 kg

Skinny fat doesn’t mean you have blood sugar problems, it means you’re lazy af and your lifestyle sucks.

Okay so I ran through the article and there’s certainly some truth in it. But I don’t think you should be taking advice from articles. I think you should take advice from people that have the results you want.

Look, in the past two years I’ve gained 50 pounds of mostly muscle, and I’ve trained some people and met all sorts of gym goers, so here’s my opinion. I think it’s best if you “lean bulk” (I guess that means eat in 200-500 caloric surplus) for a year. Weigh yourself every week and measure your waist. If your weight is going up, your strength is going up too and your waist isn’t turning into Jabba The Hutt you should be good. Cut in a year.

Ty bro, apreciatte it honest advice, what would u reckon is a limit waist measurement to asses one is getting to fat?, im currently at 74 cm gut in morning at 177 cm height (roughly 5'10)

Yeah don’t wait. Continue to bulk until you reach 20% body fat. It’s the fastest way to put on muscle, aka eat like a pig. But you need to eat at least 100-160 grams of protein too.

Yes man, im ectomorph so i eat like 3700 calories a day and dont gain weight jfl, need at least 5000, goin to throw paycheck on food, ill make a thread about my diet soon to get advice

Bullshit. I’m 6’3 190 pounds “ectomorph” and I can bulk on 3500 calories. You’re not counting your calories right.

Bro believe, i measure everything, i can eat 3 kg of yogurt and a lot of other shit (3000 cals plus normal other foot) in one day and not gain 100 grams lol. Extreme ectomorph here. I'll try tomorrow and post my fitness pal and weight.

Calculate your maintenance calories, then eat 300-800 calories above that. If you don’t gain any weight after doing that for 2 weeks, add 300 calories and try again.
