Imo my morph is already high mtn low htn, but i dont think u can reach higher because of ur ratios. Anyway u would find ur foid anyway

First that earring need to be gone.

Second that haircut doesn´t match your forehead length (you need to hide it not show it like a book) try with a haircut with growed bangs on the forehead, but not too much.

Third, body fat need to be reduced, also it does seem like a bloated face so try debloating as well.

Might ascend considering all this.
