LTN. Extreme amounts of upper eyelid exposure, neutral canthal tilt, excessive amount of tissue in the under eye region, eyebrows could be better groomer, eyelashes could be curled.

Get yourself a pair of tweezers, eyelash curler and maybe minoxidil (although your eyebrow thickness is fine, you can always do more..) and some serum for your lashes.

Very little you can in terms of your eye area without surgery. Despite your tilt being neutral, I wouldn't recommend canthoplasty, it's fine. However, 100% look into periorbital fat grafting and lower blepharoplasty. You may be able to also get ptosis surgery to further correct your upper eyelid exposure, but I don't know much about it, I've heard great things about that in combination with fat grafting. Luckily for you, all of these procedures are (relative to other cosmetic surgeries) fairly non-invasive, not that expensive, have quick recovery and low risk of complications.
