What is the highest rating I can get with hardmaxing?

hm well neck lift/hyoid advancement could already get you a bit far (considering your side profile) and maybe genioplasty/chin implants (HOWEVER, in some cases hyoid advancement could greatly assist with chin projection) and any sort of surgery for maxillo-mandibular advancement could prob get you to MTN+, i think you got decent potential already with eye area n your lips are kind of your weakpoint regarding how narrow they look

I thought that if I get a Bimax and straighten my teeth (because I have very crowded teeth) then my lips will become wider?

yes actually it can help a lot. i remember seeing this insane before and after photo (and he PROB just didnt have bimax surgery i mean this looks fucking insane) but yeah it'd def help i believe, you should just scroll through before and after photos and see the aesthetic changes in lips

mltn-hltn as of right now but with double jaw surgery you’d for sure be atleast lmtn-hmtn, you have like mhtn-hhtn potential from what I can see just based off of these pics
