yeah bc people only can tell fails when they are super uncanny, like huge recession, big crooked noses, or bug eyes or a really long mid face/narrow skull. General unideal ratios that land you in ltn-mtn hell only get noticed subconsciously so only really health indicators and general softmaxxes can ascend u without surgery. the rest is genetic lottery/nurture of childhood
