Shit my eyes always were looking so bad in pics, but when I'm watching in mirror everything looks pretty OK and my face is way more symmetrical.

Yeah, I have always eyes like I'm surprised because I have damn habit of lifting eyebrows.

Stop lifting your eyebrows, low set eyebrows are attractive.
It's more masculine.
Take a better picture.
It looks like you don't have eyelashes.
