same issue as me u have retracted columella it seems, there is surgery for it.

but in your case i’d get lip flip since you have thin upper lip

NCT, bad lower to upper lip ratio and short ramus, slightly visible under eyes. Isn't much you can do without surgery, maybe a serum for your under eyes.

Fix eye area asymmetry, work on more clear skin, i like the long hair look going on but maybe changing the style a bit to highlight ur masseters. Philtrum a bit doomed some facial hair may help even tho I’m not sure how it’ll look on you. But overall bro u mog nd look so good, maybe dropping a bit more fat to highlight the jawline, and more of the cheekbones.

Ofc bro, and icl I think like a longer back that would drop down to ur neck behind the jaw to pop the masseters moreand ur jaw, possibly long curtains, especially with your curls, but icl u look good bro, keep it up.
